Employees with 15 years or more of "City" service in pay status shall receive a longevity increment of $800 per annum, except those eligible for a longevity differential pursuant to section 9 below shall not be eligible to receive this longevity increment unless specifically entitled.
The rules for eligibility for the longevity increment described above in Section 8(a) shall be set forth in Appendix A of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference herein.
The provisions of Section 3(c)(ii) of this Agreement shall not apply to the longevity increment set forth in this Section 8.
