Section 6

  1. For all employees newly hired after July 14, 1996, the monthly accrual of sick leave shall be equal to 11/60ths of the number of hours in the respective employee's work week .for the first three (3) years of service.
  2. For employees covered by Unit Agreements that expire March 31, 2000, subsection 6(a) shall be in effect from July 15, 1996 to March 31, 2000.
  3. For employees covered by Unit Agreements that expire December 31, 1999, subsection 6(a) shall be in effect from July 15, 1996 to December 31, 1999.
