Section 18

If an employee's paycheck is lost by the Employer, the Employer shall secure a
handwritten replacement check for the employee within three (3) working days after
receipt of an affidavit by the employee stating that he/she has not received the lost check
or any proceeds from it.

If the paycheck of an employee who is already on payroll is withheld as the result of an
error which is solely the fault of the Employer, the Employer shall make payment in (4)
four working days except when the large effort of paying retroactive monies is involved.
