Section 3.

Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly versionAs a condition to the right of the Union to invoke impartial arbitration set forth in this Article, including the arbitration of a grievance involving a claimed improper holding of an open competitive rather than a promotional examination, the Employee or Employees and the Union shall be required to file with the Director of the Office of Collective Bargaining a written waiver of the right, if any, of the Employee(s) and the Union to submit the underlying dispute to any other administrative or judicial tribunal except for the purpose of enforcing the arbitrator's award.
