Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly versionFor purpose of the overtime provisions of this Agreement, all time during which an employee is in full pay status, whether or not such time is actually worked, shall be counted in computing the number of hours worked during the week. However, where the Fair Labor Standards Act("FLSA") provides for more beneficial compensation than the overtime provisions of this Agreement such benefits shall be calculated on the basis of time actually worked.
