  1. An employee may receive both a shift differential and holiday premium pay for the same hours of work, but in such cases each shall be computed separately according to subsection 3(b), below.
  2. Shift differentials and holiday premium pay shall in all cases be computed on the individual employee's hourly rate of pay as determined in Section 6 of Article IV.
