Printer-friendly versionThe Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for employees included in the New York City Employees' Retirement System on pension matters which must be uniform for all such employees pursuant to Section 1173 4.3(a)(5) of the NYCCBL. In the event that the current prohibition against bargaining for retirement benefits is discontinued, the parties agree to reopen negotiations on this matter.
