ARTICLE XX CIVIL SERVICE AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Printer-friendly versionA joint committee composed of representatives of the Office of Management and Budget, the Office of Labor Relations, Department of Citywide Administrative Services, the Health and Hospitals Corporation, and the Union shall meet to study problems related to career development and retention of personnel, and where deemed necessary make recommendations to the appropriate Employer officials.
