Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly versionIn lieu of the provisions of Article III, Section 2 of the Citywide Agreement [Holiday Premium Pay] or any successor agreement thereto, employees in the Juvenile Counselor Occupational Group assigned to "seven day work charts" shall receive two (2) "chart days" off every six (6) weeks. In addition, such Employees assigned to "seven day work charts" which include a shift overlap shall receive an additional "chart day" off every nine (9) weeks. Such "chart days" shall be fixed as a part of the aforementioned "seven day charts." The Department of Juvenile Justice shall inform the Union in advance of any modifications of the work charts. Effective as soon as practicable on or after March 14, 2007, to coincide with the beginning of a regularly scheduled pay period, "Employees assigned to "seven day work charts" which include a shift overlap" shall receive for each such day actually worked an additional fifteen minutes (00:15::00) compensation in cash at the straight-time rate in lieu of the above-referenced "additional "chart day" off every nine (9) weeks."
