Printer-friendly versionThe Employer agrees to provide for all Mayoral agency employees covered by this Agreement, if the size of the affected staff warrants, a lounge area in (1) a building where the Employer moves into newly rented offices; (2) a newly constructed building owned by the Employer; and (3) Employer offices in existence at the time of signing this Agreement if space is available.
