These forms are in Adobe Acrobat format and can be read and printed out with the Acrobat Reader program.

If you have the Acrobat Reader (many web browsers come with it):

1 -- Click on the graphic of the form you want to download.

2 -- Most web browsers will then open the file in the Reader program and you can print it out using the Browser's "Print" function. But if your browser doesn't open it...

3 -- Open the Adobe Acrobat Reader after the file has been completely downloaded and use the Reader to open the downloaded file (they have a ".pdf" suffix -- e.g. eduform2.pdf) and print it out from the Acrobat program.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader: 1 -- Download from this Adobe's Acrobat Download page. It's free and it's worth the time downloading because this format is becoming very popular on the Internet.

2 -- Once the Reader is downloaded to your computer install it by double clicking on its icon or following the installation instructions on Adobe's web page
