Printer-friendly versionThe Employer shall notify the Union in writing of all grievances filed by employees, all grievance hearings, and all determinations. The Union or a public employee organization which has been designated by the Union to represent the grievant or grievants shall have the right to have a representative present at any grievance hearing and shall be given forty-eight (48) hours' notice of all grievance hearings.
