Printer-friendly versionDistrict Council 37 or a certified union which elects to be covered by this Article may allow the welfare fund to utilize an amount not to exceed ten dollars ($10) per employee per year from welfare fund contributions to help defray the costs of health insurance and pension counseling for such employees.
