Printer-friendly versionThe Employer shall furnish to a certified union, once a year between March 15 and July 1, a listing of employees by Job Title Code, home address when available, Social Security Number and Department Code Number, as of December 31st of the preceding year. This information shall be furnished to a certified union through the Municipal Labor Committee.
