Printer-friendly versionIf an employee finds in the employee's personnel folder any material relating to the employee's work performance or conduct in addition to evaluatory statements prepared after July 1, 1967 (or the date the agency came under the provisions of the Citywide Agreement, whichever is later), the employee shall have the right to answer any such material filed and the answer shall be attached to the file copy.
