Printer-friendly versionPrinter-friendly versionWhere an employee is suspended without pay for disciplinary reasons and is subsequently restored to full pay status as of the effective date of the suspension, the Employer shall make any necessary contributions to the welfare fund covering such employee to permit said employee to receive full welfare fund and New York City Employee Health Benefits Program Insurance coverage for the period of the suspension.
