Bail Bond Benefit for Spouse and Eligible Dependents

If requested by the Fund member, the Fund will post a Bail Bond of up to $1,500 for the member’s spouse or eligible dependent who is arrested on a criminal charge not related to City employment, in any jurisdiction covered by the Fund.
