As stated previously, the benefits of the Legal Services Fund are divided into three categories: General Matters, Civil Matters, and Criminal Matters.This section describes the specific benefits within the Civil Matter category. In addition to the LastWill and Testament Benefit, all covered members are entitled to three Civil Matter Benefits each year.
